Concord Community Center is turning two late-October evenings into an indoor Halloween stop built for families.

The Halloween Boo Bash is scheduled for Friday, October 23, and Saturday, October 24, with two timed sessions each day.

Families can choose 4 to 5:30 p.m. or 5:30 to 7 p.m., making the outing easier to fit around dinner and bedtime.

The official Clackamas County event page promises a trick-or-treat adventure with themed stations, crafts, music, photo opportunities, and plenty of candy.

Costumes are encouraged, and the indoor format offers a useful backup when October weather turns wet or chilly.

Advance registration is required, and space is limited within each session.

Admission is listed at $5 for North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District residents and $7 for non-residents.

That timed-entry structure should help keep the experience moving without forcing younger children through an oversized crowd.

Parents may want to choose a session early, then review the registration and activity information before finalizing plans.

The center sits at the former Concord School property, and the venue map can help first-time visitors plan the drive and arrival.

Bring a treat bag, label costume accessories that are easy to drop, and choose shoes that can handle an active indoor circuit.

Families managing food allergies should ask organizers about candy ingredients and whether non-food treats will be available.

Arriving a few minutes before the reserved session should leave time for parking, check-in, and last-minute costume adjustments.

Boo Bash offers a compact neighborhood alternative to a long night of door-to-door trick-or-treating while keeping the costumes, music, and candy that children look forward to.
